The unified communications software ESTOS ProCall enterprise with new functionalities and the self-developed LDAP server ESTOS MetDirectory into play here: the combined solution ensures that all contact information existing in the organization can be processed and provided ad-hoc independently from the data source for the communication. The presence information for example in all Microsoft Office programs are available with ESTOS ProCall enterprise.
